Upstate Images is scheduling senior portrait sessions for Aug. 12-15, at their studio in Clifton Park. Portraits will be used in the upcoming yearbook. Important: Deadlines must be met to be included in the yearbook; students should schedule appointments as soon as possible.
Students should select a formal yearbook picture from the head and shoulders images on the traditional blue background. Tux and drape attire is encouraged but students are permitted to opt out and wear a garment of their choosing as this complies with the schools inclusivity policy. The studio will provide a tux, drape, and cap and gown to borrow for your session. All yearbook sessions are free of charge.
Parents and guardians may purchase additional portrait packages through Upstate Images. Sitting options include: (Sitting fees are prepaid online when the session is booked.)
Platinum – $40 sitting fee includes 25-30 images: traditional yearbook attire, plus cap and gown, plus three casual outfits of your choice and multiple background choices.
Gold – $30 sitting fee includes up to 20 images: the traditional yearbook attire, plus cap and gown, plus two casual outfits of your choice and multiple background choices.
Silver – $15 sitting fee includes up to 15 images: the traditional yearbook attire, plus cap and gown, plus one casual outfit of your choice and multiple background choices.
Yearbook only – This sitting is free and includes four images in the yearbook attire only. Please call Upstate Images at 1-855-773-3321 to book this session; it’s not available to schedule online.
AFTER the photo session students will:
- Receive a QR code with access to their images on the day of their session.
- Receive access to their image gallery within 24 hours of your session.
- Need to view their gallery and select yearbook image for the senior section of the yearbook. 4. Be able to order packages, graduation announcements, and more online.
